It Takes a Village:
prepare for life with your baby
you were never meant to do this part alone…
post-par-tum | adjective | following childbirth or the birth of young. Mid 19th century: from Latin post partum meaning ‘after childbirth’
Our society places too little emphasis on preparing for your postpartum (life after the arrival of your baby). Too often this topic is taught as an afterthought and if you ask any new parent, they will probably confess they wished they spent more time preparing for and planning how to navigate the days/weeks/months post-birth.
Join myself and Prenatal Educator, Sarah Dexter as we shift the focus toward the conscious preparation of this sacred and vulnerable time.
We have developed a 3 week course, infusing both our expertise, for birthers/couples that includes over 7hrs of instruction as well as a 2hr in home consult with Janice following the birth of your baby, to assist you in putting your plans into action.
The preparation of your postpartum time is just as, if not MORE important as your birth. Birth is a glimmer, but postpartum is forever.
